Exploring life through visual art.

My relationship to my art is akin to that of my feet to the ground: I am always in contact with it and it supports me wherever my journey takes me. I can't recall a time where I didn't want to create through some medium. My visual work is a way for me to observe and mimic the arrangements of light and space around me that I find interesting, to release my thoughts in the form of imagery, to sound my message into the world. My favourite mediums are oils, acrylics and pencil. My ultimate canvas is life itself, the grand play in which we all take part.

I am primarily a self-taught artist, born and raised on the island of Jamaica, where I attended Campion College, mainly studying the sciences and discovering art in my spare time. I also earned a degree in Studio Arts and Biology at Bard College, in the Hudson Valley, NY.

I hope my art is inspiring, entertaining, or thought-provoking in some way. Feel free to leave a comment or connect with me on social media!
